About Us: Hendershot Equipment is a premier agriculture equipment dealership in Stephenville & Decatur, Texas. We strive to provide our customers with excellent assistance in parts, service, sales and rental. Position Title:Agriculture/Construction Dealership Service Writer/Advisor Location: Stephenville, TX Responsibilities include: • The service writer/advisor listens to the customer’s issues and arranges for repair. • He/she is responsible for writing a repair estimate based on the technicians initial diagnosis. This person is the liaison between the customer and technician – often briefing the customer on the status of the repair, and any additional measures that need to be taken care of. • This person will generate invoices and handle payment. Additional duties require communication with vendors, fleet servicing, and some mechanical work. Requirements: • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs • Ability to assist with the loading and unloading of equipment • Exceptional organizational skills • Welcoming & friendly attitude • Problem Solver • Basic Computer knowledge • Enthusiastic person with drive to excel and take on responsibilities • Driver’s license & clean driving record Benefits: Hendershot Equipment offers competitive pay based on experience, excellent insurance benefits, paid time off and FREE training.
