What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Review project specifications and prepare detailed project costing
? Develop comprehensive proposals based on project scope and customer requirements
? Conduct site visits to understand project scope and site challenges
? Perform risk analysis and build relationships with key vendors
? Manage project scope, cost, and schedule in conjunction with site lead

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? BSc/BA in engineering, construction science, or a relevant discipline
? Minimum of five years of proven experience as an estimator or in a similar position
? Familiarity with financial and project management principles
? In-depth knowledge of research and data analysis methods and estimation formulas
? Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) will be an asset
? Excellent numerical skills and an analytical mindset
? Ability to manage relationships with key persons effectively
