Call Center-Part Time

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service via phone, email, or in-person. This role requires a strong communicator with excellent phone etiquette and the ability to analyze customer needs. The successful candidate will also possess a strong background in sales... and have a proven track record of upselling and promoting products or services.

Duties:
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Provide detailed product information and answer customer questions
• Utilize outbound calling to engage with customers and promote products or services
• Analyze customer needs and make recommendations to meet their requirements
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a fair and efficient manner
• Meet or exceed sales targets through upselling and promoting products or services
• Collaborate with other customer service representatives to ensure seamless service
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

RequirementsStrong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Proven experience in customer service or sales
• Ability to analyze customer needs and make recommendations
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Experience with outbound calling and sales techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 ? 29 per week

Schedule:
? Evening shift
? Monday to Friday
? Weekends as needed

Experience:
? Call center: 1 year (Preferred)
? Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
