Responsibilities: ? Conduct inbound calls and respond to inquiries via email or other communication channels ? Schedule virtual appointments with customers via Zoom ? Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client ? Educate customers on the features and benefits of our products ? Perform reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustments ? Address any questions or concerns potential customers may have ? Provide attentive customer service and any necessary administrative support in response to members' needs ? Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure a seamless sales experience for customers ? Maintain accurate records of all sales interactions in our CRM system

Qualifications: ? Previous experience in sales or customer service ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills ? Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities ? Ability to work independently and in a team environment ? Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills ? Proficient in using Zoom and MS Office Suite
