Description:
? The Product Manager leads the development and enhancement of our Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) platform. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the K-12 education landscape, a passion for leveraging technology to improve student outcomes, and a track record of delivering innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
? 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the EdTech industry or related fields.
? Proven track record of successfully launching and managing SaaS products, preferably in the K-12 education space.
? Strong understanding of educational best practices.
? Deep empathy for educators, students, and administrators, with a passion for improving educational outcomes through technology.
? Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to... influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
? Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making mindset.
? Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with the Kanban methodology
? The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
? A keen eye for spotting and resolving gaps, roadblocks and challenges that impact collaboration and progress.
? A curious and action-oriented mindset with a knack for problem-solving and confident decision-making.
? Possess a strong understanding of Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) frameworks (No biggie if you don't).

? The range of our base salary cash compensation is between $100,000 - $125,000, final offers are determined using multiple factors including experience and level of expertise
