KeyResponsibilities :

? Perform regular backupsto ensure data preservation.
? Prepare and sortdocuments / data sheets for data entry.
? Reviewdata for deficiencies or errors correcting anyincompatibilities.
? Maintain data entryrequirements by following data program techniques andprocedures.
? Generate reports store completedwork in designated locations and perform backupoperations.
? Keep information confidential andsecure following data protection and confidentialitypolicies.
? Communicate with team members andsupervisors regarding datarelatedissues.
? Contribute to team efforts byaccomplishing related results asneeded.

Requirements :
? Highschool diploma or equivalent; college degreepreferred.
? Proven experience as a data entryclerk or similar position.
? Excellent typingspeed and accuracy.
? Proficient in MS Office(Excel Word) and data entry software.
? Strongattention to detail and organizationalskills.
? Ability to work independently withminimal supervision.
? Good communicationskills.
? Familiarity with administrativeduties.
? Ability to handle confidentialinformation responsibly.
? Reliable internetconnection and a suitable workspace for remotework.
