Program Overview Our 2-3 year apprenticeship program offers a unique blend of hands-on work experience, academic learning, and professional development. As an apprentice, you'll work alongside our experienced teams in our state-of-the-art facilities, gaining valuable insights and skills in one of the following fields: Process Technician Instrument Electrical Technician Millwright/Mechanical Technician You'll also have the opportunity to earn a company-paid Associate's degree from a local community college, with paid tuition, wages, and benefits. Upon successful completion of the program, you'll be highly considered for a full-time role within our company. Responsibilities As an apprentice, you'll be responsible for: Operating equipment and performing operations-related activities in a safe and efficient manner Troubleshooting process, product quality, safety, and environmental problems Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals and improve processes Developing and applying technical skills and knowledge to drive innovation and excellence Qualifications To be considered for our apprenticeship program, you should: Have a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED Be 18 years or older on or before your start date Have a current, valid US driver's license or the ability to obtain prior to your start date Be able to work all applicable shifts on a rotating basis, including weekends and holidays Be willing to learn and actively participate in training programs to gain a thorough understanding of manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and quality standards What We Offer In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer: A competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and development A dynamic and inclusive work environment A chance to work with a global leader in materials science How to Apply If you're passionate about learning, growing, and making a difference, we want to hear from you.
