What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Drive adoption and growth of the Align digital platform in targeted dental offices
• Foster positive relationships with dental professionals to enhance scanner utilization and patient education
• Perform customer assessments to understand business needs and establish account goals
• Provide clinical support and training to maximize scanner usage and improve workflows
• Utilize data analytics to monitor progress and communicate results to leadership

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience; training or consulting role preferred
• Clinical degree in dentistry (RDH, EF, CDA, etc.) preferred
• 3-5+ years of relevant work experience in a related health industry (dental, orthodontics, etc.)
• High level of proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and SFDC
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills

• Experience in a training or consulting role within the dental field
• Proven ability to organize and motivate teams effectively
• Familiarity with dental office workflows and practices
