Relative insurance experience with increasing scope and responsibility in property and casualty, life and annuities, wealth management and investment services ? Experience with advanced analytics capabilities in various functions like actuarial science, underwriting, claims/billing ? Ability to work in a small team setting ? Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills ? Exposure to advanced analytics tools and approaches; experience with AI/ML in forecasting is a bonus ?
