Virtual assistant needed to support mental health private practices
This role entails providing virtual administrative assistant (VA) services, specifically for therapists and mental health private practice owners.

Common tasks include:
- Responding to therapy inquiries (emails, texts, and voicemails),
- Returning voicemails,
- Tracking inquiries in a spreadsheet with detailed notes,
- Scheduling (and rescheduling) appts,
- Sending/collecting paperwork and rating scales,
- Replying to patient questions about the therapist's practice/services,
- Supporting the private practice owner,
- Writing and proofreading clinical diagnostic reports,
- And other projects such as helping with general emails, spreadsheets, and paperwork. No 'live answer' phone calls are required.
The VA must have their own smartphone, laptop/computer with mic/camera, reliable Wi-Fi, a designated private/quiet space to work in, and the ability to self-manage since this is a fully remote position.
Experience working at a mental health private practice in the past is highly recommended, or experience with insurance billing, scheduling, and/or HIPAA compliance.
This role is part-time at 10-30 hours per week (up to you!). It is all currently online, so working remotely is the default. There are scheduled pay increases after 90 days, and 1 year. Thank you!
Salary: $19.00 to start, with the opportunity to increase to $25.00 per hour over time.
Benefits: Flexible schedule, between Monday-Friday, 8-5 pm or so, in your time zone.
