Call Center Representative (- Remote)

Responsibilities

Requirements

? Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
? Ability to handle difficult conversations and remain calm under pressure.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
? Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
