Key Responsibilities: As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for: Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email in a prompt and courteous manner. Providing support regarding orders, shipping, returns, product details, and account information. Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues quickly and effectively, escalating complex cases when necessary. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Chewy's products, policies, and promotions. Documenting customer interactions and outcomes in the system with accuracy. Working collaboratively with team members and managers to achieve performance goals. Upholding customer satisfaction and brand reputation through high-quality service delivery. Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree is a plus). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Comfortable with navigating multiple computer systems and tools simultaneously. A high level of empathy, patience, and a customer-first attitude. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to type at least 40 WPM with accuracy. A quiet, distraction-free workspace and reliable internet connection. Experience: We are looking for candidates with: A minimum of 1 year in a customer service or support-related role (call center, retail, or remote work experience preferred). Experience in e-commerce, pet care, or order fulfillment environments is a plus. Working Hours: As a full-time Customer Support Representative, you can expect: 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling options. Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
