Responsibilities As a Live Chat Assistant, your key responsibilities will include: Answering customer inquiries promptly via live chat, providing professional and accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintaining a deep knowledge of blithequark's services to offer relevant solutions and support to customers, helping them navigate our offerings and find the best fit for their needs. Identifying customer concerns and challenges, escalating them to the appropriate team when necessary to ensure timely resolution and maintain a positive customer experience. Tracking customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments to inform future improvements and optimize customer engagement. Striving towards achieving targets for customer satisfaction and engagement, contributing to the growth and success of blithequark. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: A high school diploma or equivalent; a higher educational level would be a plus, demonstrating your commitment to ongoing learning and professional development. Strong written communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively interact with customers and colleagues alike. The ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, handling multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry or role, showcasing your ability to provide exceptional customer experiences. Familiarity with live chat platforms or similar customer service software, allowing you to navigate our systems and tools with ease. Nice-to-Haves While not essential, the following qualifications and skills would be highly desirable for this role: Experience in the environmental services and industrial hygiene industry, providing a deeper understanding of our services and the needs of our customers. Knowledge of toxicology or chemistry, enabling you to provide expert-level support and guidance to customers. The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure. Fluency in a second language, expanding our reach and ability to serve customers from diverse backgrounds. Experience with CRM software and office applications, enhancing your ability to manage customer interactions and data.
