IT Technician

Catalyst Family is seeking an IT Technician to support the region in installing and maintaining PCs, hardware, and software. The role involves providing IT support to users, troubleshooting network environments, and maintaining documentation for service calls. Responsibilities Install, support, and maintain PC hardware including: desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and audiovisual equipment Install, support and maintain PC applications in a Windows 10/11 Hybrid AzureAD/Entra environment. Software includes Office 365, Adobe Applications, TeamViewer Install, support, and maintain iOS devices (iPhone 8/13/14/15, iPad 6 Gen and up). Management of iOS devices through JAMF MDM solution Troubleshooting of small-scale network environments, resolving issues with routers, switches, modems, MFP copiers, etc Maintain proper documentation, as required by the leadership of Corporate IT, to properly track the status of all service calls, to assist the helpdesk in providing prompt response to users, and report on the progress of duties related to project participation Provide IT support to users within the office and at off-site locations remotely and in person Interact with users and staff at the technical level, as required Carry out special tasks at Management's direction Support of helpdesk for appropriate level requests Assist in planning IT budget needs Perform other duties as assigned Skills High School Diploma 1-3 years' experience as a help desk or desktop support technician AA degree in IT or related field IT Certification Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits Life, Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D), and Long-Term Disability (LTD) employer paid coverage 401(k) Retirement plan and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Personal Health Advocate Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays Education Reimbursement Program Commuter pre-tax benefit Discounted childcare Access to the Calm app Tickets at Work employee discounts Be constantly in a learning and growth process with training and professional growth advisory Company Overview Since 1975, Catalyst Family Inc.
