Develop and implement a comprehensive investor relations strategy that aligns with Dropbox's overall business objectives. Manage relationships with investors and analysts, including responding to inquiries and providing timely and accurate information. Proactively identify and target potential new investors and cultivate relationships to drive business growth. Monitor and analyze financial markets, industry trends, and competitor activity to provide insights and recommendations to senior management. Create and deliver compelling financial presentations, reports, and other communication materials for investors, analysts, and other stakeholders. Serve as a spokesperson for Dropbox and effectively communicate the company's financial performance and strategy to external audiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and communications, to ensure consistency and accuracy in all external communications. Stay up-to-date on relevant regulations and compliance requirements related to investor relations and financial communications. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Dropbox's products, services, and competitive landscape.
