Responsibilities Active Prospecting: You will be the engine of the agency, using phone, email, and professional social networks to initiate contact with potential clients Pipeline Management: You will ruthlessly manage our CRM to ensure no lead is left behind and every follow-up is executed with precision Discovery & Qualification: You will master the art of the initial conversation—quickly building rapport, identifying needs, and setting high-quality appointments for our senior agents Pattern Interruption: You’ll use proven techniques to move past "reflexive rejections" and engage prospects in meaningful conversations about their protection and legacy Working alongside Agency Owner for community marketing events to increase agency leads Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to innovate, share knowledge, and support each other's growth Skills Disciplined & Self-Starting: You understand that sales is a numbers game fueled by consistent activity.
