Inside Sales Representative (B2B) — Contractors / Electrical Safety (Base + Commission)

Company: Print Pro Job Type: Full-time Location: Phoenix, AZ (Remote) — selling nationwide, no travel Pay: $18–$21/hour base + commission Earnings: Top reps clear $100K+ (our first rep sold $1M top-line and earned $100K+; our second rep is 6 months in, crossed $400K, on track for $1M+ next year) Would you like to be the third? About Print Pro Print Pro helps contractors stay compliant and pass inspections with high-quality electrical safety & warning signage, including arc flash labels and fence signs. We move fast, we ship fast, and we sell products customers reorder again and again. What You’ll Do (Inside Sales) This is a high-output, high-reward role. You’ll build your own book of business and grow recurring customers. • Prospect nationwide accounts (mostly outbound/cold) • Run a tight pipeline in HubSpot • Quote, close, and grow accounts with repeat ordering • Hit daily activity targets and keep follow-ups sharp • Work like an owner: you’re responsible for outcomes, not excuses Activity Expectations • 100 calls/day • 15 connected calls/day with decision makers 30/60/90 Day Success • 30 days: build pipeline, qualify 30–50 potential customers, close 1–2 • 60 days: close 5–10 customers, pipeline of 80–100 • 90 days: pipeline of 100–150 prospects with 10–20 repeat-ordering customers What You’re Selling • Electrical contractor warning signage • Arc flash labels • Fence signs Average customer value: ~$8,000/year (repeat ordering) - large accounts - 100k - 400k Commission Plan • 5% of a customer’s first month • 3% recurring revenue for the lifetime of the customer (on your accounts) You’re a Fit If You… • Can handle volume (calls + follow-ups) without whining • Like performance pay and want to build a real book of business • Can talk to contractors clearly and confidently • Stay organized in a CRM and don’t let leads rot • Want freedom + accountability (“run your book and win” culture) Nice to Have (Not Required) • B2B sales experience • Construction / contractor / trade sales experience • HubSpot familiarity How to Apply Apply on Indeed and include 3 quick answers: • What’s your last sales role and what did you sell? • Can you commit to 100 calls/day consistently? • What’s your personal best sales achievement (quota, revenue, wins, etc.)?
