We’re hiring collaborating physician (MD/DO) contractors to support clinicians performing In-Home Health Evaluations (IHEs) in South Carolina. We’re offering a signing bonus of up to $5,000 for physicians who meet program requirements. Physician collabs earn a monthly stipend based on the number of Signify Health-contracted nurse practitioners and/or physician assistants they oversee. To qualify, you must be licensed in and living in South Carolina. Interested in in-home visits as well? Our clinicians provide personalized IHEs to health plan members. These visits include a medication and medical history review, as well as a physical evaluation performed in a health plan member’s home. You will be provided a pre-populated, patient-specific form for each evaluation and do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter people’s current treatment regimen. • Flexible schedule based on your preferences and availability • Additional compensation opportunities via our pay-per-test model (for visits where the health plan member qualifies to receive additional diagnostic and preventive tests) • Malpractice coverage during Signify Health-related assignments • Payment is contingent on the signing and execution of the collaborating physician contract/agreement and the fulfillment of all position requirements. The bonus payout is at the sole discretion of Signify Health.
