Excellent Writing Skills: Exceptional written communication skills and a keen eye for detail to provide valuable feedback and guidance. Empathy and Patience: Demonstrated ability to work patiently and empathetically with teens, understanding their unique challenges and aspirations. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to curate writing opportunities and manage workshop schedules effectively. Tech-savviness: Comfortable with technology and digital platforms, as workshops and resources may be delivered online. Previous Experience: Prior experience in writing, teaching, mentoring, or a related field would be advantageous but not mandatory.
