HVA Medical Scribe; US; Remote

Position: HVA Medical Scribe (US) (Remote) Be part of Aptum Virtual Solutions pioneering team for Healthcare Virtual Assistants Medical Scribe. Works closely with medical professionals in the US. Be in the forefront and ensure that the best interests of the healthcare provider, patient, and medical establishment are met. Minimum Qualifications: • Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills • Graduate of any allied 4-year medical course (RN is a plus) • At least one year of experience as a Medical Scribe for a US-based healthcare provider • Typing Speed of at least 50 WPM • Strong knowledge of medical terminologies • Experience in using and navigating an EMR/s • Intermediate skills with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office • Excellent time management • Strong attention to detail • Highly organized • Computer savvy Responsibilities: • Accurately & thoroughly document medical visits and procedures performed by the Physician/Nurse practitioner • Capturing and transcribing consultations (in SOAP format and physician-preferred formats), diagnostic test results, notes from other providers, and patient management plan/health teaching • Reviews and prepares medical charts before and after the consultation • Documenting completed procedures and ensuring medical record compliance through self-attestation documentation • Establishing a professional relationship with medical professionals and patients by acting as a primary liaison between patients and providers • Strictly adhering and complying with the HIPAA guidelines System Requirements • Computer Processor: Core i3-5th gen / AMD A8 / Ryzen 3 (2015 or later) • Computer Memory/RAM: at least 8.00 GB • Computer Operating System: at least Windows 7 • Headset: Any USB type headset with a noise-canceling feature Join Us!#J-18808-Ljbffr Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
