This is a fantastic opportunity for a student or recent graduate who is looking to gain practical experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The HR Intern will support a wide range of HR activities and projects, including document management, recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding processes, employee engagement events, and general HR administration. What You Will Do Assist with maintaining, organizing and preparing HR-related documents. Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing documents, collecting fingerprints, and conducting office tours. Support employee engagement initiatives and office events. Assist with recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing and interview scheduling when required. Provide general HR and administrative support, such as scanning, filing, pantry arrangements, and vendor coordination. Contribute to HR projects and process improvement activities as assigned. Undertake other duties as assigned.
