We are seeking a Retail Account Manager to work on our Costco team. We would like this person to be either based out of out Minnesota office or live in the Seattle area... As a Retail Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving successful business partnerships between Costco and our vendor partners through forecasting, analytics, inventory flow optimization, and effective communication. Assist in Syndigo Content setup; including web copy, video uploads for SKU integration that comply with Costco?s requirements ? Manage new Vendor Setup forms for the brands ? Support in EDI Integration for Costco setup ? Submit new Item Setup paperwork for all SKU?s ? Demand Planning/Forecasting ? facilitate and analyze forecasts to optimize the business for both the vendor and Costco ? Monitor in-stock needs and provide a proactive strategy to solve the stock problem ? Analyze vendor performance metrics and identify issues and root-causes, ultimately solving vendor performance issues or problems ? Monitor customer purchase orders ? Provide vendors with at least weekly sell-through analytics and other information to help optimize the business ? Maintain accurate records regarding program agreements, pricing, product information, order status, planning issues and vendor set-ups ? Ensure that the internal accounting system is up-to-date with accurate shipping and invoicing information for cash flow purposes ? Assist in Smarter Sorting registration for brands JOB REQUIREMENTS ? Ability to analyze data, identify issues and make recommendations ? Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written ? Strong initiative and the ability to work independently with little supervision ? Effective organization skills and the ability to multi-task ? Working knowledge of Costco?s processes and systems ? Functional knowledge of MS Excel (sorting/grouping data, pivot tables, v lookups, etc) ? This position may require some travel EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS ? Four year college degree preferred ?
