We are initiating a targeted recruitment mission to secure a single, top-tier Executive Operations Partner (EOP) or Executive Assistant–level operator located in Santo Domingo Oeste, Dominican Republic. On-site. Part-time. 5 hours/day. Compensation: 20,000 DOP/month. This is a constrained geography, constrained schedule, constrained compensation—but the talent standard is non-negotiable. THE PROJECT We need a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can run a full-cycle executive search and deliver ONE high-caliber operator who will handle execution, logistics, research, communications, and daily operational load for a high-performance leader. This is not a casual hire. This is a precision placement. Your mandate is simple: find the person who can eliminate friction, move fast, think clearly, and take ownership. WHAT YOU’LL BE DRIVING 1. Deep Role Diagnosis You will capture the operating style, decision velocity, expectations, and execution standards of the environment. This becomes your master calibration. 2. Build the Operator Blueprint You will craft the exact DNA of the ideal hire: high cognitive bandwidth elite English communication structured thinking reliable execution patterns proactive temperament high-integrity decision-making ability to thrive in high-speed environments capability to manage diverse tasks without hand-holding Plus, clear red-flag criteria and non-negotiables. 3. Engineer a Compelling Job Post Not a generic assistant ad. A precision-crafted posting that attracts executive-caliber operators and filters out low-skill noise. Target profiles: executive assistants operations coordinators project managers chiefs-of-staff-minded operators high-intelligence bilingual assistants All must be local to Santo Domingo Oeste and capable of working on-site. 4. Active Talent Hunting You are not posting and praying. You are sourcing. You will: search LinkedIn reach out to local EA and operations networks target bilingual talent pools leverage your own recruitment channels identify hidden candidates in underserved markets engage Upwork + external platforms Your output is a curated pipeline, not a flood. 5. Ruthless Screening Your filtering process must eliminate anyone who is: slow vague sloppy reactive unable to follow instructions low comprehension inconsistent or unreliable We only want operators with initiative, clarity, and execution discipline. 6. Real-World Testing You will design short but revealing tests: logistics scenario research assignment writing sample prioritization challenge These tests must expose weaknesses early. 7. Structured Interviews You will assess: communication problem-solving situational judgment temperament under pressure operational instincts 8. Deliver Finalists You provide the top 2–3 candidates with: video intro skill test results performance assessment strengths/risks salary expectations your recommendation No unvetted candidates. No wasted time. 9. Support the Final Decision You will assist with: offer negotiation expectation alignment onboarding design first-week execution structure Your mission ends when the operator is fully onboarded and functioning.
