Job Title: Digital Trust and Safety Specialist (Hebrew + English) Location: On-site – Riga, Latvia Start Date: ASAP Contract Type: Full-time (6-month probation period) Work Schedule: 24/7 operation – 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week (rotational shifts) About the Role We are looking for a Hebrew and English-speaking Digital Trust and Safety Specialist to join our on-site team in Riga. In this role, you will help ensure a safe and secure online environment by reviewing and validating digital content, investigating potential risks, and supporting users with specific online safety cases. This position requires strong attention to detail, emotional resilience, and commitment to maintaining digital integrity. Key Responsibilities Provide online support for specific trust and safety cases. Review and assess digital content according to platform policies and guidelines. Identify and escalate potential safety or compliance risks. Communicate effectively with users in Hebrew and English to ensure a safe and supportive experience. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all case documentation. Requirements Fluency in Hebrew and English (spoken and written). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in 24/7 rotational shifts. Emotional resilience and ability to handle sensitive content. Residence permit in Latvia with full-time work rights or an EU passport/ID (mandatory). Attention to detail, empathy, and teamwork skills.
