Providers must operate profitably and have access to funding and experienced insight to seize on strategic opportunities for long-term growth and success. Huron’s Healthcare Financial Advisory Services team advises healthcare systems & providers through improved planning, operations and managing through crises in a variety of financial disciplines: restructuring & turnaround, FP&A, CFO support, M&A, performance improvement, capital management, among other areas. Qualified candidates can expect to work consistently with a wide variety of clients and stakeholders in the industry. Senior Directors will take a leadership role on multiple engagements and are responsible for the client deliverables, deadlines and quality assurance. They will demonstrate superior client interaction with senior executives. They will have the flexibility to support clients in a broad array of issues. Directors will serve as role models for staff and develop their skills through coaching and mentoring. Qualifications 10+ years of experience as a finance executive in a key C-Suite capacity or senior leadership position within the healthcare / health system industry (including, but not limited to Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Accounting Officer (CAO), VP of Finance, Controller, VP of Financial Planning) and/or served as interim management and consulting expert for large complex health systems Expertise in accounting and financial reporting, financial system development, accounting control process and procedures, treasury, financial & capital planning, and process improvement Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred CPA Certification is preferred Ability to travel up to 80% to client sites nationwide #LI-JD1 #LI-Remote The estimated base salary range for this job is $200,000 - $305,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $250,000 - $411,750. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
