Therapy Flow is seeking a creative, analytical, and tech-savvy Google Ads and Landing Page Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for driving our digital marketing efforts by building and launching effective Google Ad campaigns and creating optimized landing pages within the GoHighLevel CRM. You will work closely with our clients digital marketing manager to develop strategies that enhance our clients speed to result and overall campaign efficacy. Responsibilities • Design, build, and launch Google Ad campaigns tailored to our clients audience, ensuring alignment with their marketing strategies and goals. • Develop and optimize landing pages within the GoHighLevel CRM to maximize conversion rates from various digital marketing campaigns. • Setting up conversion tracking using GTM, as well as blending conversion events like forms and phone calls via GHL. • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge. • Collaborate with internal teams to align paid media efforts with overall marketing initiatives and business goals. • Track and report on key performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and revenue attribution. • Monitor and analyze the performance of ads and landing pages, using data to drive decisions and improve campaign effectiveness. • Provide insights and reports on campaign performance to the leadership and clients and suggest improvements. • Foster a positive and innovative environment within the team, promoting our core values. What You'll Need to Succeed • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Google Ads and landing page creation. • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platform, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant tools. • Proven track record of creating and optimizing ads and landing pages for local business lead gen and maximum ROI. • Excellent analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness. • Proficiency in GoHighLevel CRM or similar platforms for landing page creation. • Proficient in setting up conversion tracking via GTM. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate campaign strategies and results. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Passion for digital marketing and a continuous learning mindset. • High self-accountability and commitment to integrity.
