Responsibilities • Study the systems design and testing of complex GIS systems. • Perform tasks related to the test creation, modification, or execution of the functionality of GIS applications. • Provide UAT user training and system support to UAT users of various GIS applications. • Test Salesforce platform for various functionality modules. • Create test scenarios/designs, modify them, and execute on GIS applications and Salesforce applications. • Facilitate entire test development lifecycle including Requirement Traceability, Requirement analysis, testing and defect tracking. • Participate in scrum ceremonies to gather information. • Translate system requirements into record layouts and prepare test specifications. • Participate in the testing process through test review and analysis. • Consult with users to identify current business functionality and clarify program objectives. • Write documentation to describe functionality under development. • Provide full test life cycle development including data gathering, defining test objectives, preparing testing time estimates, identification of problems and logging defects. • Provide training to end-users or team members. • Manage and/or provide guidance to junior members of the team. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent related work experience. • 10+ years of overall IT experience preferably with GIS (Geographical Information Systems). • Experience with ArcCatalog, ArcGIS PRO, ArcMap, ArcGIS Field Maps. • Experience with Salesforce. • Experience in Test Management and Test Delivery Management.
