Japanese Steamboat Restaurant looking for Full Time Service Crew ✅Non-Halal Restaurants (Japanese Hot Pot )✅Multiple Locations Available✅Gross per month up to $3K and above SERVICE CREW ROLE Job Description Greet & Welcome customers into the restaurant. Take & process customers’ orders and generate their bills. Provide answers to queries by customers regarding services and offers. Clean all tables and get tables prepared for the next set of customers. Assist kitchen staff and delivery staff whenever such assistance is required. Assist to manage queue and / or reservations. Assist Restaurant Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager. Support opening & closing of outlets including cleaning and washing soft serve machine, drink dispensers, etc. Ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements Relevant experience in F&B. Cheerful pleasant personality with a positive mindset. Knowledge of hygiene policy and standards is a sure bonus. Ability to carry out required tasks in an accurate manner. A strong team player & able to maintain composure during rush hours. Ability to deliver top-quality customer service.
