Key Responsibilities: Exceptional Customer Support: Provide outstanding support to customers via various communication channels, including chat, email, and phone. Customer Navigation and Troubleshooting: Assist customers in navigating the Blithequark platform, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing guidance on order-related matters. Ensure that customers have a smooth and enjoyable experience with our platform. Collaboration and Issue Resolution: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt issue resolution and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback to continuously improve our customer support processes. Accurate Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including issues, resolutions, and feedback. This will help us identify trends, improve our services, and provide better support to our customers. Essential Qualifications: Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management. Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required. We're looking for individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a willingness to learn and grow. Independent and Remote Work: Ability to work independently and remotely, with minimal supervision. You should be self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage your time effectively. Tech-Savvy: A good understanding of online platforms, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and systems. Preferred Qualifications: Customer Service Certification: Certification in customer service, such as ICSS or HDI, is an asset. Experience with Food Delivery Platforms: Previous experience working with food delivery platforms or similar industries is an advantage. Multilingual: Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, as it will enable you to support a diverse customer base.
