Your key responsibilities will include: Investigating Suspicious Activities: Identify and investigate suspicious activities and behaviors that could pose a risk to Amazon or its customers in global markets. Applying Buyer Abuse Prevention Standards: Ensure high-quality decisions by applying Buyer Abuse prevention standard operational procedures. Identifying Abuse Patterns: Identify known abuse patterns, discover new modus operandi trends, and take actions to minimize risks. Researching Transactions: Use a wide range of internet and in-house tools to research transactions and gather data to make accurate decisions. Minimizing Risks: Take appropriate actions to identify and help minimize Amazon's financial, legal, and reputational risk. Maintaining Confidentiality: Maintain high levels of confidentiality and data security standards. Achieving Productivity and Quality Standards: Achieve weekly productivity and quality standards for investigations. Communicating with Internal Customers: Communicate via email to internal customers and financial institutions to make informed decisions about risk. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Fluency in English: Speak, write, and read fluently in English. Microsoft Office Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications. Flexibility: Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays. Education Qualification: Graduation in any stream. Passion for Learning: Passion for learning, improving, and keeping up with risk trends in the e-commerce market. Time Management Skills: Good time management skills and ability to work under pressure in a changing fast-paced environment. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex issues clearly to both internal and external customers.
