Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Service Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for handling phone, chat, and email inquiries from our clients and tenants. You will serve as the first point of contact for any questions, concerns, or issues they may have.
