About the Role As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer support and driving customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and providing technical support to resolve customer issues. You will also be required to manage customer accounts, enter application data, and respond to online chat inquiries. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service experiences through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chats Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner Manage customer accounts and enter application data with accuracy and attention to detail Provide technical support and troubleshooting to resolve customer issues Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance and consistency Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills and flexibility in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to develop knowledge and skills Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels Essential Qualifications 18 years of age or older Complete background check and drug test within 3 days of hire Dedicated, private, and secure workspace with a reliable internet connection Personal device with functioning camera required for the training period Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week training period Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet connection Cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection is required Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer support or technical support role Previous experience with group and/or individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act Previous experience in a call center environment Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Spanish bilingual skills are a plus What We Offer At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive range of benefits and perks to support their career growth and wellbeing.
