Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing unparalleled service to ensure an exceptional travel experience. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in every interaction. Assist customers with booking flights, changing reservations, processing refunds, and resolving any travel-related concerns or issues. Provide accurate information regarding blithequark policies, procedures, and services to customers. Collaborate with internal departments to address customer feedback and improve overall service quality. Utilize CRM software to efficiently manage customer interactions and maintain detailed records of all correspondence. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of the English language.
