Job Summary This is a full-time (40 hours per week) remote role, with the expectation to work extra hours if needed to meet customer demands. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. You will provide real-time, hands-on support to customers, ensuring they receive their packages on time, as promised. You will also connect customers with experts who can provide them with the most accurate and up-to-date information about their packages.
