As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of patient care. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Patient Care Advocate, you'll be responsible for handling customer service inquiries from members, providers, physicians, and internal and external clients related to pharmacy benefits.
