As a Medical Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you will be an integral part of this mission, working closely with healthcare professionals, patients, and insurance carriers to ensure seamless access to vital medications. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls and make outbound calls as needed, providing exceptional customer service and empathy to patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders. Utilize computer skills for accurate and efficient data entry, ensuring patient information is up-to-date and readily available. Gather and review patient billing and medical information, working closely with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient. Demonstrate a strong work attitude and willingness to help others, maintaining a positive and productive work environment. Multi-task and use dual monitors effectively, navigating complex systems and software with ease. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: A minimum of 1 year of recent Call Center experience, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting. Active internet connection already installed at your home, with the ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment. High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Ability to pick up equipment in Irving, TX, as part of the onboarding process. Residency in the Dallas/Irving Area is mandatory. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a deep understanding of medical terminology and billing processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders. Proficient in using multiple software systems and technology platforms, with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes. A proactive and flexible approach to work, with a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
