You'll lead qualitative and quantitative research projects, collaborate with external research firms, and work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to inform strategies and drive business outcomes. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to deliver actionable insights that inform business decisions * Lead qualitative and quantitative research projects, including data analysis and presentation of findings * Collaborate with external research firms to ensure high-quality research and data collection * Continuously monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities and threats * Interpret complex datasets and present insights to stakeholders * Determine and recommend methods of research to ensure data quality and relevance * Proof and edit documents and reports to ensure accuracy and clarity * Identify new research opportunities and improve methodologies to enhance business outcomes * Track and predict market trends to inform business strategies * Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure alignment and effective communication **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field * 2+ years of experience in marketing research, preferably in B2B SaaS or logistics industries * 2+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment * Experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methods is required * Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities * Familiarity with competitive intelligence tools, market analysis frameworks, statistical analysis, and research methodologies * Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as PowerBI, and survey platforms, like SurveyMonkey * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously * A team player and true collaborator with exceptional interpersonal skills * Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook is required * Experience with Salesforce is a plus **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Proficiency in data analysis tools and survey platforms * Experience with competitive intelligence tools and market analysis frameworks * Strong understanding of research methodologies and statistical analysis **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At OneRail, we're committed to supporting your professional growth and development.
