Job Highlights Company: Workwarp Start Date: Immediate openings available, with the internship commencing on May 12th, 2025 Position: Intern, Aviation Management - Delta Professional Services Location: On-site at Delta's World Headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia Compensation: A competitive salary, plus additional privileges such as standby travel anywhere in the Delta system while off duty How You'll Help Us Keep Climbing As a DPS Aviation Management intern, you'll be working closely with a specific team, such as Business Systems or Business Administration & Employee Services. You'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in other departments, including Account Services, Comms & Engagement, ATP CTP, Sourcing & Pipeline, and Flight Operations. Your contributions will be invaluable in helping us achieve our divisional goals and drive overall success. Key Responsibilities: Assist in achieving divisional goals and contributing to DPS' overall success Work with and gain experience in various departments within DPS Develop and demonstrate excellent communication skills, processing complicated issues quickly and maintaining confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information Work under tight deadlines and time constraints while managing and prioritizing multiple project requests Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Access, Word, Excel, Forms, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet Collect and analyze data, read and summarize new regulations, and problem-solve quickly What You Need To Succeed To be considered for this internship, you'll need to meet our minimum qualifications: Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration (Information Technology Management), Aviation Management, or Industrial Engineering (or a similar degree with applicable skills) At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency Embracing diverse people, thinking, and styles Prioritizing safety and security of self, others, and personal data Excellent communication skills, with the ability to process complicated issues quickly and maintain confidentiality Strong organizational and time management skills Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office tools Competitive GPA and good academic standing with your university Ability to work on-site in the Atlanta, GA office Commitment to the internship timeline: May 12th, 2025, through August 1st, 2025 What Will Give You a Competitive Edge To stand out from the competition, you'll need to possess our preferred qualifications: Rising Juniors and Seniors preferred Self-starter with the ability to multitask and innovative thinking Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we're committed to nurturing the next generation of aviation professionals.
