Your primary duties will include: * Providing customer service support and resolving customer complaints * Offering additional products and services on every eligible call * Assisting customers with power outage issues, making payments, creating payment plans, or starting/ending service * Offering customers the opportunity to purchase programs for surge protection, home wiring, and water heater repairs * Meeting program goals around phone time, customer experience, sales, and other key performance indicators **Requirements** * Prior recent experience working as an inbound customer service agent for at least one year, verifiable * Experience with upselling and cross-selling, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers via the telephone * Technical savvy, with the ability to easily learn and navigate multiple screens and enter data while engaging in conversation with customers * Time management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet various program goals * Solid organizational skills and attention to detail * Eligible candidates must be able to pass a background check and drug test **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in the power industry or a related field * Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools * Proven track record of meeting sales targets and exceeding customer satisfaction goals * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues **What We're Looking For** At arenaflex, we're looking for talented individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
