Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused HR Shared Services Representative to join our team at blithequark. As the primary point of contact for all HR inquiries, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of employee data, providing timely support, and resolving employee issues in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your expertise in HR operations, data management, and customer service will be essential in driving business outcomes, improving processes, and enhancing the overall employee experience at blithequark. Key Responsibilities Ensure the accuracy of employee data through the management of employee forms and processes, utilizing your attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain data integrity. Collaborate with local and global talent teams to identify solutions and resolve employee issues in a timely and efficient manner, leveraging your excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Support the development and implementation of HR applications and processes that impact all employees, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruptions to the business. Research and implement new tools and technologies to simplify, optimize, and automate work across our Talent organization, driving innovation and process improvements. Create, write, and maintain our HR knowledge base for employees, providing accessible and user-friendly resources to support their needs and questions. Assist with analyzing, intaking, and operationalizing new employee services, from pre-hire to offboarding, to ensure a smooth and efficient employee lifecycle experience. Perform system and testing audits as requested to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and functionality, analyzing and documenting results and discrepancies to inform process improvements. Required Qualifications Demonstrated expertise with the Workday HCM tool, including Mass Uploads (EIB) and data management. Proven project management, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced proficiency in sheets/excel, to drive data-driven decision-making and process improvements. Strong interest in HR operations and the ability to deliver results in a high-volume, dynamic environment, with a focus on quality, accuracy, and timeliness. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems using rigorous logic and methodologies, with a customer-centric approach and a commitment to excellence. A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred, although not required, with relevant experience in HR operations, data management, or a related field. Experience as a Workday Data Analyst, HR Generalist, or in a related role is a plus, with knowledge of HR systems, processes, and best practices. Experience with Zendesk ticketing system is also a plus, with the ability to leverage technology to drive efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
