Key Responsibilities As a Remote Customer Support Representative at Blithequark, you will be responsible for: Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. Providing information on flight schedules, ticketing, baggage policies, and other airline services. Assisting customers with booking, changing, and canceling reservations. Handling customer complaints and escalating issues when necessary to ensure a satisfactory resolution. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Blithequark's policies, procedures, and promotions. Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service. Recording and documenting customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred. Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline or hospitality industry. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently. Proficiency with computer systems and software applications.
