Job Overview and Responsibilities As a Digital Chat Moderator and Community Support Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our online communities. Your responsibilities will include: Moderating online chats and forums to prevent harassment, bullying, and other forms of abuse Providing support and guidance to community members who may be experiencing difficulties or concerns Collaborating with our team to develop and implement community guidelines and policies Monitoring and reporting suspicious activity to our security team Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge Working closely with our community management team to create a positive and inclusive online environment We are committed to providing a comprehensive training program to ensure your success in this role. Our training will cover topics such as community guidelines, moderation techniques, and conflict resolution.
