As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced data analytics and AI solutions to drive business growth and improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, design and implement data-driven solutions, and communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute solutions for business issues using data analysis, data mining, streamlining tools, statistical modeling, and AI methods * Continuously develop and exhibit improved analysis strategies * Possess strong analytical skills and be comfortable with working from idea through to execution * Identify a business issue and the available data, and determine what analysis and modeling procedures can be applied to answer a business question * Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop data-driven solutions * Develop and maintain advanced data analytics and AI models using R, Python, and other relevant tools * Work with large datasets, including data from various sources, to identify patterns and relationships * Communicate complex quantitative analysis and calculations in a clear, concise, and compelling manner * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analytics and AI **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or MBA * At least 2+ years of experience in data analytics, AI, or a related field * Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets * Proficiency in R or Python programming languages * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or MBA * Experience with machine learning algorithms, such as regression, decision trees, and clustering * Familiarity with data management tools, such as Hadoop or Spark * Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or Azure * Strong business acumen and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders **Work Environment and Culture** arenaflex is a dynamic and innovative organization that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
