Job Overview We're looking for a Data Science Intern to work remotely on a part-time basis for a duration of 6 months. The internship is available for immediate commencement, with a flexible start date between December 25, 2024, and January 29, 2025. As a Data Science Intern, you'll play a crucial role in developing data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improve our sales processes. Key Responsibilities Design and develop infrastructure to capture and organize sales data for DeepThought, ensuring seamless data integration and management. Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform sales strategies and accelerate the recruitment process. Create interactive visualizations and reports to present findings to the sales team, enabling data-driven decision-making. Develop and deploy machine learning models to automate processes, reduce costs, and enhance the overall sales experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement data-driven solutions. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must: Be available for a part-time, work-from-home internship for a duration of 6 months. Have a strong foundation in data science, with a background in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field. Possess relevant skills and interests in data science, including programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL. Be able to start the internship between December 25, 2024, and January 29, 2025. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following skills and experiences will be considered a plus: Prior experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field, with a portfolio of projects or achievements. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js. Knowledge of deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. Experience with cloud-based technologies, including AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
