As a key member of our Managed Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, leveraging your technical expertise, and collaborating with our team to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. If you are a motivated, team-oriented individual with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Essential Functions** As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing first-level support for inbound interactions and requests from end-users, staff, and patients, ensuring timely, reliable, and courteous service. * Maintaining end-to-end responsibility for end-users' support needs, including troubleshooting, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems when necessary. * Participating in and adhering to all standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's quality standards. * Assisting with the development and improvement of work instructions, procedures, and documentation to enhance the customer support experience. * Exceptional attendance is a must, as you will be expected to maintain a high level of availability and responsiveness to meet the needs of our clients. * Mentoring and assisting with the training of new Customer Support Specialists, sharing your expertise and knowledge to ensure a smooth onboarding process. * Collaborating with other Customer Support Specialists to provide seamless support, acting as a touchpoint to hand off complex issues before escalating to higher-level support teams. * Conducting regular queue management to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, ensuring that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. * Maintaining a high level of technical skills to handle incidents and requests in line with established service levels, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and software. * Providing feedback on intelligence gained through customer interactions, contributing to the continuous improvement of our support processes and procedures. * Making or suggesting updates to the Knowledge within the Knowledge Management databases, ensuring that our support resources are accurate, comprehensive, and easily accessible. **Required Skills/Abilities/Competencies** To succeed as a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following skills, abilities, and competencies: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to professionally respond to telephone calls, emails, chats, and voicemails for customer support. * Technical writing experience, with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content. * Innovative, team-oriented problem-solving skills, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. * Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a focus on providing quality service and building strong relationships with our clients. * Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-through skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when necessary. * Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment, with a strong focus on maintaining a positive attitude and providing exceptional support. * Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of its features and functionality. * Ethical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. * Ability to type at least 25 words per minute, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency. **Education and Experience** To be considered for this role, you will need to possess: * A high school diploma or equivalent. * 2 years' experience working in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or technical support environment. * Strong technical skills, with a focus on Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Record software. **Physical Requirements** As a remote Customer Support Specialist, you will be expected to work in a home office environment, with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection.
