**Experienced Customer Support Representative for arenaflex Shopify App**

As a small team of 4, we've been growing steadily over the past 2 years, and now we're looking for a dedicated customer support representative to take our customer support to the next level. As our first CS rep, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our customer support system and processes. You'll have the opportunity to try your hand at various aspects of the business, potentially switching roles in the future, and carve your own new role if it brings value to the company. We're a small, agile team that values collaboration, creativity, and a willingness to take calculated risks. **Key Responsibilities** As our Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Communicating with customers via live chat or email, resolving any problems they may have, and providing exceptional customer service. * Continuously learning about the features of our app and the broader Shopify ecosystem to better assist our customers. * Summarizing product feedback from merchants and suggesting new ways to improve our product. * Completing non-CS related tasks, such as researching tools, writing blog posts, and creating mockups, based on your natural abilities and interests. **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Superb written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts at a high level. * A passion for talking to people and solving their problems, with a strong customer-centric approach. * The ability to handle challenging customers (although we're proud to say we have very few of those ?). * Proficiency in discussing technical concepts at a high level, with a willingness to learn more about CSS, JS, and other technical aspects of our app. * The ability to write technical documentation and articles, as well as perform non-CS related tasks. * A willingness to work with a flexible schedule, with at least 4 hours of overlap with GMT+7 (9am-6pm). **Nice to Have** While not essential, the following qualifications would be a great asset: * Experience working with Shopify, especially in theme development or customization. * Experience working with B2B SaaS platforms. * Additional languages, particularly French, Spanish, and Italian. * Any other skills that can be beneficial to a startup, such as marketing, SEO, video editing, or more. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to: * Learn from experienced professionals in the e-commerce and Shopify space. * Develop your skills in customer support, technical documentation, and other areas of the business. * Take on new challenges and responsibilities as you grow with the company. * Contribute to the development of our customer support system and processes. * Enjoy a dynamic and supportive work environment that encourages collaboration and creativity. **Work Environment and Company Culture** At arenaflex, we value: * A flexible and remote work environment that allows you to work from anywhere. * A collaborative and supportive team culture that encourages open communication and feedback. * A willingness to take calculated risks and try new things. * A passion for innovation and continuous learning. * A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and support. **Compensation, Perks, and Benefits** We offer a competitive salary that's negotiable based on experience.
