As a CSS, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling their inquiries, concerns, and providing information through inbound and outbound phone calls. If you're proficient in Mandarin and English, have excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Success Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Assisting customers in placing online orders through our food ordering app * Providing support through phone calls, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries * Processing payments securely and efficiently * Proactively supporting customers to maintain brand reputation and loyalty * Identifying and escalating priority issues to ensure timely resolution * Collaborating with the team to improve customer support and service quality * Maintaining and improving service quality through continuous feedback and improvement **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field * At least 6 months of experience in customer support, with a preference for call center experience * B2 level proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin * Excellent interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach * Ability to handle inquiries professionally and maintain a positive attitude under pressure **Technical Skills** You'll need to possess: * A typing speed of at least 40wpm with 90% accuracy * Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office * Strong computer literacy and ability to adapt to new systems and technologies **Preferred Qualifications** While not mandatory, we prefer candidates with: * Experience in the food and beverage industry or a related field * Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software * Familiarity with food ordering apps and online payment systems **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
