Your responsibilities will include: * Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers in a timely and efficient manner * Professionally responding to customer inquiries, providing solutions, and resolving issues * Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management, ensuring timely resolution * Following up on complicated customer interactions to ensure customer satisfaction * Recording details of customer interactions accurately and proficiently * Developing rapport with customers, showcasing an upbeat and positive attitude * Offering solutions, not excuses, to resolve customer concerns **What We're Looking For** We're seeking confident, self-starters who possess excellent customer service attitudes, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a positive, quick-troubleshooting approach.
