Your role is crucial in ensuring our seniors receive the care they deserve. You'll be responsible for answering incoming calls, gathering and verifying demographic information, using problem-solving skills to identify and address caller needs, documenting interactions accurately, and providing reassurance and support to callers. **Responsibilities** * Answer incoming calls from seniors in our community, providing exceptional customer service and support * Gather and verify demographic information with care and professionalism, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail * Use problem-solving skills to identify and address caller needs effectively, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary * Document all interactions accurately and in accordance with procedures, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines * Provide reassurance and support to callers, demonstrating empathy and understanding, and escalating concerns to supervisors as needed * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction * Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge **Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred * 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or a related field * Proficiency in Google Suite applications and data entry, with ability to learn new software and systems * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations * Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus, but not required * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple calls and interactions simultaneously **Physical Requirements** * Minimum internet speed of 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload required for remote work * Dedicated workspace free from distractions or interruptions, with reliable internet connection and necessary equipment **Key Attributes** * Positive work ethic and commitment to arenaflex's core values of compassion, integrity, and excellence * Team player who contributes ideas and feedback, with ability to work collaboratively and independently * Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities * Respect for cultural diversity and sensitivity towards seniors, with ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations * Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines, with discretion and professionalism **Why Join arenaflex** At arenaflex, we value and support our team members, providing excellent care and creating a positive work environment.
