You'll work closely with our Case Managers and Nurses to ensure seamless communication and support. If you're a customer service professional with a passion for delivering outstanding service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to inbound calls from members regarding home healthcare and benefits * Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner * Work closely with Case Managers and Nurses to ensure seamless communication and support * Utilize computer skills to access and update member information, as well as communicate with team members * Maintain accurate records and documentation of member interactions * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge * Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service goals and objectives **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in a call center, doctor's office, or customer service related position * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) * Computer savvy with experience working on a computer for extended periods * Ability to work well with others, including Case Managers and Nurses * Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding service to our members * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously * Experience with medical terminology is highly desirable **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a call center environment, with a focus on inbound and outbound calls * Familiarity with home healthcare and benefits support * Experience working with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software * Certification in customer service or a related field * Bilingual or multilingual skills **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation * Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding service to our members * Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with Case Managers and Nurses to achieve customer service goals and objectives **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
